Proposed Tram and Pedestrian Precinct in Des Voeux Rd Central

The report proposes to revitalise the Central district and convert Des Voeux Road Central, between Pedder Street and Morrison Street, into a green “tram and pedestrian precinct”. The report is a practical proposal which could significantly impact both the image and the poor roadside air quality in HK’s Central Business District.
