Relative Significance of Local vs Regional Sources

ADMCF releases research with Civic Exchange and HKUST showing that local sources (including vehicles, marine and power plants) were the primary influence on HK’s air pollution (53% of the time), contradicting the official position that regional sources (factories in China) were the main cause and that we weren’t able to do anything about the situation.
