Summary Report: A Snapshot of Shark Fin offered by Macau’s Leading Casino Hotels
This study was conducted by BLOOM Association Hong Kong to understand the availability of shark-related products in Macau’s leading casino-hotels. The core objective was to find out whether shark fin dishes are served at banquets offered by each hotel, and whether the operators of casino-hotels have seafood procurement policies that are guided by a principle of sustainability. This study was supported by the Humane Society International.
